Our History & Philosophy

KHODAL Group began as a Government contractor in 1998. Over the years, the group has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, known-how and build solutions, construction of buildings, platforms, track linking, earthwork, bridges, foot over
bridges and related engineering works.

In 2009, the company entered in the amusement industry and started its first project in Kankaria Lake of Ahmedabad, Gujarat and further the same project was implemented in C.B. Garden of Kota, Rajasthan.

In 2013, KHODAL group started PPP based projects of Amusement and Entertainments i.e. Sayajibaugh at Vadodara & Sneh Rashmi Botanical garden at Surat. We provide Design, installation, operation and maintenance of various amusement rides, games zone and related activities.

In 2015, the group enter in hospitality sector and started Cafeterias, Restaurant and Banquet hall.

In 2020, the group entered in field of supplying building materials pan India with trusted brands.

Today, KHODAL Group is well known & leading contractors of Indian Railway also known for PPP basis amusement projects in India. Our objective is to provide our clients with an “I am assured” experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow through procedures ensures that client’s objective is top priority in the planning and execution of all our processes.

Our Management Team

The business is driven by our three owners; collectively they accumulated more than 30 years of work experience in the construction industry. They are involved in the business development, procurement, project management and administration of the company.

The management team proactively gathers feedback, identify changes in business environment, reviews work processes and communicates key learning points and company policy to all staff at regular meetings.

Our people are crucial in the delivery of our services and solution to our clients in order to ensure that everyone is equipped with the right skill, knowledge and attitude; we constantly upgrade our people in technical and management skills.
